1. Delivery of Digital Services
XK Group primarily delivers digital services, such as consultations, reports, marketing campaigns, and design work. Upon completion, these deliverables will be sent via email or provided through an online platform. Delivery timelines for digital services are specified in your contract. If there is a delay in the delivery of digital services, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
2. Delivery of Physical Products
For any services requiring the shipment of physical products (e.g., printed marketing materials), standard shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Shipping may vary based on location. We use reliable courier services, and shipping tracking details will be provided for your convenience. XK Group is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs regulations in the event of international shipping.
3. Undelivered Products or Services
If a digital service is not delivered as promised, or if a physical product is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. In such cases, XK Group will either offer a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on the nature of the service or product.
4. Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are included in your service fee. For physical goods, expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
